The Advanced Light Microscopy Facility houses state-of-the-art research tools enabling observation of cellular structures and cellular processes in real time. Available imaging modalities include: widefield, fluorescent lifetime microscopy (FLIM), fluorescence, laser scanning confocal, light-sheet, total internal reflection fluorescence (TIRF), and super-resolution structured illumination microscopy (SIM).
