BD FACSAria IIu cell sorter with violet (405nm), blue (488nm), yellow (561nm), and red (637nm) excitation lasers capable of four way sorting into tubes and 6-, 12-, 24-, 48-, and 96-well plates, including single-cell index sorts, utilizing 15 fluorescent (17 total) parameters.
