Description
The Cytek Aurora is a spectral cell analyzer with 5 lasers (355nm, 405nm, 488nm, 561nm and 640nm) and 64 fluorescent ADP detectors. An Automated Micro-Sampling System (AMS) is included with the system to automate sample delivery. There is a Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing (CWDM) semiconductor array on each laser which allows for a spectral excitation between a 365nm-829nm range and expands the possibility to simultaneously capture 64 wavelengths from the 5 lasers. The added UV laser enables the system to be configured to run highly multiplexed assays beyond 30 colors.
