Description
The Attune NxT flow cytometer has violet (405nm), blue (488nm), yellow (561nm) and red (637nm) excitation lasers capable of 14 fluorescent (16 total) parameters. The cytometer takes in samples via 1.5mL microcentrifuge and 5mL tubes or through the attached high throughput autosampler allowing regular and deep 96- and 384-well plates. The cytometer and autosamper both have flow rates up to 1mL sample per minute.
