The Agilent Femto Pulse system is a highly sensitive automated pulsed-field capillary electrophoresis instrument designed to quantify, qualify and size nucleic acid samples (DNA and RNA). It is widely used in genomics workflows, particularly as the recommended quality control (QC) tool for long-read DNA sequencing.
