Description
Poly acid hood with one heated bath, two static baths, a bottle washer and two automated dump rinse stations. Each tank will support one 150mm boat. The hood is installed in tandem with a spin rinse dryer for wafer applications. Parts and pieces can be dried on the deck of the hood.
