Description
The HMS-5000 Hall Effect Measurement System measures and plots carrier concentration, mobility, resistivity, conductivity and Hall coefficient. The systems provides the test results as tabular data and in graph form. The system automatically applies and switches the input current, measures the voltages, changes temperature and moves the magnets without user intervention. The tabular data and graphs are ready to view once the test is finished. The magnet movement is motor controlled and automated, and has variable temperature capabilities.
