The DNA Shared Resource Facility houses instrumentation for characterization of DNA and RNA. This instrumentation includes devices for PCR including rtPCR, DNA genotyping, DNA sequencing, determination of quality and quantity of DNA and RNA preparations as well as other instrumentation useful in handling DNA and RNA.
