Nanosecond-Millisecond Transient Spectrometer (EOS)

Description

The nanosecond-millisecond pump-probe spectroscopy setup is a commercial system (EOS) by Ultrafast Systems. It measures transient absorbance changes over the wavelength region from 360–915 nm and a time resolution of less than 1 ns (typically 600–800 ps). This system shares the same excitation source as the femtosecond pump-probe described above. The measuring time window is determined by the laser repetition rate, which can be varied between 1 and 1000 Hz.
