Description
The Alpha 300RA is a combines TrueSurface Raman imaging and AFM imaging in one instrument.
Raman
- Laser wavelength: 532 nm up to ~ 55 mW
- Resolution: 1 cm-1 or ~ 3 cm-1 depending on the grating
- High sensitivity EM CCD
- 360nm lateral spatial resolution with 100x objective (0.9N.A.)
- excellent confocality and depth resolution (<1 um)
- 50x50 mm stage
- large Z range
- Reflected light
- image stitching
- Truesurface to compensate for sample topography while imaging the sample
AFM
- resolution X/Y ~3 nm and Z ~0.5 nm
- 80x80 um maximum area
- 5 um Z range
- AC (tapping) and contact mode
- force-distance curves
- TERS capable with appropriate tips
