Description
This system can be used to digest a wide variety of solid and liquid materials. Common applications include soils, minerals and rocks, sediments, sludges, plant and animal tissues, water, dairy and NEW plastics applications as well. It is commonly used to prepare samples for metals analysis on ICP instruments. The system will accommodate 8-40 samples in Xpress vessels or 1-12 iPrep vessels. The iPrep® vessel can run at higher temperatures and pressures, which are required for the digestion of extremely difficult samples. For more information, please see list of pre-programmed methods and CEM Application Note ‘Sample Preparation of Mixed Oils and Polymers in a Single Batch’.
