About

The Regenerative Medicine Core, located on the first floor of the Interdisciplinary Science and Technology Building I (ISTB1), offers cell culture instrumentation, support and services to researchers and students at ASU, as well as the scientific community in the Phoenix metropolitan area. This facility also houses the Flow Cytometry Core and Histology Core instruments and is associated with the Regenerative Medicine Imaging Facility (Advanced Light Microscopy Cores). This unique combination of resources provides researchers all the tools needed to conduct tissue, cell and stem cell culture-based research. Within the core, a variety of cell culture and tissue related instruments are available such as cell culture hoods and incubators, freezer storage space, PCRs, microvolume spectrometer and fluorometers, plate reader, microtome and cryostats, gel imagers, and microscopes. Full service is available for flow cytometry, imaging and histology applications. Our staff is available to provide training, assistance and service to support your diverse research needs at Arizona State University.

The histology services are explained in detailed on the Histology Core webpage.
