Fujifilm Dimatix DMP-2831 Materials Inkjet Printer

The Fujifilm Dimatix DMP-2831 inkjet printer allows the user to deposit fluid materials on an A4-sized substrate using a piezoelectric-based inkjet cartridge, which consists of a storage unit and up to 16 jetting (printing) heads. The print head is disposable but can be re-used as long as the ink has not dried or clogged the jets. Ink viscosity should be in the range of 8-20 cP and particles should be 1/50th the size of the typical 10pL drop produced by the Dimatix printhead, leading to a maximum particle diameter of 0.25 µm, for the best results.
