Description

The Sun-Tec Laminator/bonder is used to laminate a flexible substrate to a rigid substrate. With the rotating table in the flipped position, the slide table then moves into the start position. The slide table positions itself at an angle and a heated roller then laminates the flexible substrate to the rigid substrate. The speed in which this occurs can be set in the program. A vacuum system keeps the rigid substrate in place during the lamination process. The pressure of the roller is also adjustable.
