The Keysight B1505A Power Device Analyzer/Curve Tracer can accurately evaluate and characterize power devices at up to 10kV and 1500A. Capable of handling all types of power device evaluation with features like wide voltage and current range, fast pulsing capability (10 µs ), and µΩ level on-resistance measurement resolution as well as sub picoamp level current measurement capability. In addition, an oscilloscope view permits visual verification of both current and voltage pulsed waveforms. The instrument features a 2 µs sampling rate. It also supports capacitance at high voltage biases of up to 3 kV. Our instrument includes the accessories needed to test discrete packaged devices as well an in interface to our Formfactor Tesla C300 probe station.
